What PropDesc-AI does
- Generates one property description per API call from structured attributes such as beds, baths and square footage.
- Accepts an optional targetAudience (investor, primary_home_owner, commercial or rental_tenant) and an optional locationArea (in_town, suburbs or rural); both change the description's tone and word choice, not just the input accepted.
- When a city, state or zip is given, uses Google Search to inform the tone with the area's real, current character.
- Keeps the framing about the property and the area, never about the type of resident, with Fair Housing guardrails in place.
- Returns the description synchronously, in the same call.
- Writes only from the data it is given.
What PropDesc-AI does not do
- Invent property details, features or amenities.
- Accept photos or images: the input is text attributes only.
- Generate more than one description per call.
Not available today
- Batch generation (multiple descriptions per call)
- Self-serve API key rotation
- A full self-serve dashboard
Frequently asked questions
What does PropDesc-AI need to write a description?
Structured property attributes such as beds, baths and square footage. A targetAudience and a locationArea are optional, and a city, state or zip lets it reflect the area's current character.
Does PropDesc-AI make up details about a property?
No. It writes only from the data it is given.
Can PropDesc-AI work from photos?
No. The API takes text attributes only; there is no photo or image input.
Can I generate many descriptions in one request?
Not today. Each call returns exactly one description; batch generation is not available.
